Welcome to Peachy Clean Junk Removal, LLC (“Peachy Clean,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking our services, or interacting with our text messaging/voice services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Peachy Clean provides residential and commercial junk removal, estate cleanouts, hoarder cleanouts, light demolition (sheds, decks, fences, above-ground pools), and land clearing/grading services within Metro Atlanta. All services are subject to crew availability, weather constraints, and site access.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- Quotes: All quotes provided via website form, phone call, or photo/SMS analysis are non-binding estimates based on the information provided. Final binding quotes are determined on-site by our crew after inspecting the items.
- Tiers: Our standard pricing ranges from a $85 minimum single-item pickup to $880 for a full truckload (18 cubic yards). Demolition and land clearing are quoted on-site after a walkthrough.
- Additional Fees: We reserve the right to charge supplementary fees for extremely heavy materials (concrete, tile, dirt, shingles), difficult access (multiple flights of stairs, extended carry distances), or travel outside our standard 25-city service area.
3. Excluded Materials (What We Do Not Haul)
For legal, safety, and environmental reasons, we cannot haul hazardous materials, including but not limited to:
- Asbestos, medical waste, infectious/biohazard materials, or radioactive items.
- Industrial chemicals, gasoline, motor oil, wet paint, solvent, propane tanks, or explosives.
- Live animals or human remains.
Please refer to our dedicated What We Don't Haul page for more details.
4. Customer Obligations & Property Access
- Right to Enter: You represent that you have full legal ownership or authorization to dispose of the items on the property. You grant Peachy Clean and its crew license to enter the premises to perform the work.
- Safety: You must secure all pets, ensure children are kept clear of the work area, and identify any hidden pipes, sprinkler lines, or structural vulnerabilities before demolition or grading starts.
- Preparation: While we offer full-service packing and hauling, any items you wish to keep should be clearly separated and marked before our arrival. We are not responsible for items disposed of in error that were not marked.
5. Liability & Property Damage Disclaimers
- No Damage Guarantee: We carry general liability insurance and take extreme care (tarping floors, using protective padding). However, we are not liable for minor scratches, scuffs, or driveway cracks resulting from normal crew movements, heavy truck loads, or operations.
- Demolition/Clearing: For light demolition and land clearing, you acknowledge that ground disturbance is unavoidable. We are not liable for damage to hidden utilities (gas, water, electric, septic) that were not clearly marked or mapped by the utility locator service prior to our arrival.
6. Payments & Cancellations
- Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved check payments.
- Cancellation: We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled arrival window may be subject to a $50 dispatch fee.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising from our services shall be filed in Douglas County, Georgia.
